RHB Xcelerator 2023 is a 3 months accelerator programme in support of the theme of Together We Progress for Financial Inclusion. Startups working to provide offerings in these areas will gain access to potential Proof of Concept with RHB Banking Group, key financial industry players, mentoring from experts, and potential fundraising opportunities with 1337 Ventures.
RHB Xcelerator 2023 is a 3-month accelerator programme to help startups accelerate through Design Thinking methodology. 1337 Ventures is collaborating with RHB Banking Group to organize RHB Xcelerator 2023 themed Together We Progress for Financial Inclusion.
We are looking for seed, venture-backed and growth-stage fintech & adjacent vertical startups who have the potential to disrupt the financial services scene & digitalisation of financial solutions for Malaysians.

Accelerate your startup growth with facilitation from 1337 Ventures on potential seed fundraising opportunities for the Top 2 teams and expand your network with the investor community.
Expand your network, learn and gain insight from renowned fintech and adjacent vertical business industry mentors and global Fintech players.
Get digital credits and perks worth up to USD 500k of infrastructure*. Microsoft Azure Credits ranging from $1,000 to $150,000 will be awarded to the Top 10 teams. T&C apply.
Top 10 startups will be pitching to a panel of esteemed judges, VCs & Angels at a live Demo Day.
As applications are on a rolling basis, participants are advised to submit your application which include pitch deck and startup details. Participants will undergo an interview process to be shortlisted as top 25 teams in the programme.
Attend a startup engagement event with RHB Speaker Sessions to understand the state of the financial ecosystem and the problem statements.

Kickstart the 2 weeks self paced learning process to generate solutions to the problem statements with mentoring support from RHB technical and business experts.
The top 10 finalists will undergo 8 weeks of mentoring sessions for Proof of Concept creation and implementation roadmap.
The Top 10 finalists will have the final physical pitching on respective ideas and Proof of Concept.

The RHB Xcelerator 2023 is organized by 1337 Ventures together with RHB Bank Berhad.
The RHB Xcelerator 2023 is focusing on seed stage startups who are in the Fintech, Deeptech and adjacent industries. Startups must have a Minimal Viable Product (MVP), already in the market and raising seed rounds. Other criteria includes:
Programme will be carried out fully virtual via video conferencing (Zoom). There will be a mixture of virtual self paced learning through Leet Academy, office hours with RHB corporates/ fintech players & mentoring sessions with mentors. This programme will be 12 weeks followed by a live Demo Day.
