At Leet Academy, most of our content is free to access. However, for any paid courses, eBooks, digital tools, or learning materials, this Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights and our practices.

We are committed to your satisfaction, but due to the nature of digital products, certain limitations apply.


Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on eligible paid products within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

For Digital Products (e.g., online courses, eBooks, downloads):

  • Refunds are only available if you have not accessed or significantly engaged with the content (e.g., watching over 25% of a course, downloading an eBook).
  • You must submit your request within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • You will be asked to provide your order number or proof of payment.

For Physical Products (if any are offered):

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Certain items such as health products, personal care items, printed books, or merch may not be returnable for hygiene or custom reasons.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Free courses or materials
  • Fully accessed or completed digital products
  • Downloaded eBooks, PDFs, or tools
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Services already rendered (e.g., one-on-one coaching sessions, mentoring sessions, office hours, if provided)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@1337ventures.net with:

  • Your full name
  • Email address (same as the account you created in Leet Academy)
  • Purchase details (product name, date, transaction ID)
  • Reason for refund request

We will assess your request and respond within 5 business days.


Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation via email.
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, FPX, e-wallet, or bank transfer).
  • Processing may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or e-wallet again.
  2. Contact your card provider; refunds may take time to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank if delays persist.

Exchanges

We do not typically offer exchanges for digital items. However, if a course or file is inaccessible or corrupted, we’ll gladly help you access a working version or grant alternative access.

For physical items (if applicable), exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.


Shipping for Returns (Physical Products Only)

If you’re returning a physical item:

  • Please email us before you return the item.
  • Send it to us at 1337 Ventures, C-L19-08, KL Trillion, 338, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
