When we first started 1337 Ventures, our mission went beyond just investing. We set out to build a startup nation—one where hidden talent gets surfaced, underdogs are backed, and real innovation can thrive.

Over the years, through accelerators, pitch sessions, and a whole lot of hustle, we’ve seen one thing clearly: Malaysia has great startups—but too often, they don’t make it into the right rooms. Some pitch too early, some too late, and others simply go unnoticed.

Leet Launchpad was born out of the need to change that. It’s a quarterly showcase platform for the most promising startups we’ve discovered through Pitch Tuesday and Alpha Startups. But it’s more than just pitches—it’s the start of a full-circle journey.
