Through an intensive four-week Sprint that includes two sessions per week, the Corporate Innovation Sprint trains corporates on how to identify and address business challenges by applying Design Thinking methodology.

Learn about the corporate innovation framework and the used cases to implement innovation within an organisation.

Design Thinking Methodology

Learn to identify key business challenges and solve them with human-centered design thinking methodology, creating innovative solutions that are valuable to the target audience.

Managing Innovation Portfolio

Learn the factors to take into consideration when deciding how to drive your innovation portfolio - either to build, partner or buy out a solution provider to accelerate your innovation agenda.

Strategy Lab

Learn the systematic strategy building approach to dive deeper into the organisation current strategy and align it to the innovation agenda.

Startup Matchmaking

First-hand experience connecting with solution providers and startups for potential collaboration to drive innovation portfolios and accelerate their business transformation.
