Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026 to Accelerate FemTech and Women-Led Startups

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, 1337 Ventures today announced the launch of Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026, marking the return of its dedicated accelerator programme to support FemTech innovation and women-led startups across Southeast Asia. Building on the success of its inaugural cohort in early 2025, Inno4Her continues to address the growing demand for solutions that improve women’s health, wellbeing, and everyday lives.

The 2026 edition is now open to early stage startups building in the following focus areas:

  • Fertility & reproductive health (beyond tracking)
  • Menstrual & hormonal health
  • Integrative women’s health & wellness
  • FemTech for underserved populations
  • Women-led startups beyond health

Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026 is a hybrid accelerator programme designed to balance founder flexibility with hands-on support. It features in-person onboarding and demo day, weekly virtual mentoring sessions, and structured office hours with experienced mentors and ecosystem partners.

Participating startups will gain direct access to office hours with investors, operators, and corporate partners, including Epic Angels and Microsoft for Startups, alongside seasoned founders and domain experts. Teams can use these sessions to refine their product strategy, validate their go-to-market approaches, enhance their fundraising readiness, and navigate regulatory and scaling challenges.

The accelerator program aligns with increasing global attention to FemTech and women’s health innovations. According to Ingeborg Investments’ 2025 report, Investing in Healthcare’s Power Users, women are the most active and highest-spending healthcare users, yet many of their needs remain underserved. The report underscores that improving women’s health is not only an equity issue but also a key lever in reducing long-term healthcare costs and improving system-wide outcomes.

“Inno4Her was created to give women founders better access to the resources, networks, and opportunities they need to succeed,” said Bikesh Lakhmichand, CEO and Founding Partner of 1337 Ventures. “Women drive the majority of healthcare decisions, yet FemTech and women-led startups continue to face funding and support gaps. Our first cohort proved there is deep talent and strong problem-solution fit in this region, and we are excited to back the next wave of founders in 2026.”

“Inno4Her was a real turning point for us,” said Teresa Lovelin and Kelly of Magnolia Collective, winners from the inaugural cohort. “The programme gave us strong mentorship, a supportive founder community, and the space to refine our mission and pitch with confidence. Being part of a women-only cohort made a huge difference, it reminded us that building in FemTech doesn’t have to be a lonely journey.”

Applications for Alpha Startups™ Inno4Her 2026 are now open to startups across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asia region. The accelerator program will begin in January 2026.
